氮磷钾缺乏对菊芋苗期糖分积累动态变化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]为了掌握糖分积累动态的变化。[方法]以青芋2号菊芋为试验材料,采用Hoagland营养液培养法,研究菊芋苗期茎叶糖含量的变化动态。[结果]在氮磷钾缺乏处理下,菊芋苗期叶片、茎部果聚糖含量均增加,高于对照;叶片中蔗糖含量均高于对照;还原性糖葡萄糖、果糖含量均低于对照。[结论]氮、磷、钾缺乏处理对菊芋苗期茎、叶片果聚糖含量的影响是一致的。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the dynamic change of sugar content and accumulation. [ Method ] Using Qingyu2 as ma- terial, Hoagland nutrient solution culture method was adopted to explore dynamic change of sugar content in stems and leaves during seedling time. [ Result] In the seedling time, the fructan content of the lack of N, P, K were higher than that of CK in leaves and stems, and the su- crose content was higher than that of CK in the leaves. However, the reducing sugars content and fructose were lower than that of CK. [ Con- clusion ] The effects of lack of N, P, K on the content of fructose in stems and leaves during seeding time were consistent.
