摘要
[目的]分析五星黄鸡的BMP15基因多态性。[方法]以217只五星黄鸡L系母鸡为材料,采用全测序方法检测BMP15基因的多态性及其与300日龄产蛋数的相关性。[结果]在BMP15基因2个外显子中共检测到13个SNPs,在外显子1中检测到4个,其中C34T突变使亮氨酸变为苯丙氨酸;在外显子2中检测到9个,其中G540A突变使甘氨酸变为丝氨酸,其他位点为无义突变。G540A位点AA基因型比GA基因型产蛋数平均多16.7枚,差异显著(P<0.05);其余位点不同基因型产蛋数差异不显著。[结论]该研究为五星黄鸡高产蛋数的分子标记辅助选择提供了参考。
[ Objective] The aim was to analyze the p01ymorphism of BMP15 gene in Wuxing-yellow chicken breeds. [ Method] Two hundred and seventeen laying hens of Wuxing-yellow chicken breeds were chosen for investigating the p01ymorphism of BMP15 gene by sequencing and its association with egg-laying performance in 300 days. [ Result] Thirteen SNPs were totally detected in the two exons of BMP15 gene, 4 of which were found in exonl and 9 of which were found .in exgn2. The mutation C34T in exonl resulted in an amino acid change of Leueine to Phenylalanine and the mutation G540A in exon2 resulted in a change of Glyeine to Serin. Other sites were nonsense mutation. For G540A site, the average number of egg-laying of AA genotype was 16.7 more than that of GA genotype, and there was a significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ) in egg-laying performance of hens between that two gdnotypes. The number of eggs between different genotypes of the rest had no signif- icantly difference. [ Conclusion] The study provided a reference for the molecular marker assisted selection of high number of egg-laying in Wuxing-yellow chicken breeds.
