摘要
[目的]对铁皮石斛兰种子萌发及其原球茎的快繁培养条件进行研究。[方法]以铁皮石斛种子为材料,研究基本培养基、外源激素的种类和浓度及光照对铁皮石斛兰种子非共生萌发及后续分化的影响。[结果]铁皮石斛种子在光照条件下1/2MS培养基中萌发率最高,达91.63%,且萌发时间最短;在1/2MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L 6-BA培养基中,原球茎的分化效果最好。[结论]该研究为实现今后铁皮石斛的工厂化生产奠定了一定基础。
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the culture conditions of seed germination and protocorm rapid propagation in Dendrobium candi- dum. [ Method] Using the seeds of D. candidum as materials, the effects of the basic culture mediums, the type and concentration of exoge- nous hormones and the light on the non-symbiotic germination and subsequent differentiation were studied. [ Result ] Under the Conditions of 1/2MS medium and light, the Dendrobium seeds had the highest germination rate ofPl. 63%, and the germination time was the shortest. The protocorm differentiation effect was best in the 1/2MS + 0.2 mg/L NAA + 0.5 mg/L 6-BA medium. [ Conclusion ] The study laid a foundation for the realization of the future industrial production of D. candidum.
