苦瓜葛根片的辅助降血糖功能试验研究

Experimental Study on the Assistant Role of Kuguagegen Tablets in Hypoglycemic Effect

[目的]评价苦瓜葛根片的辅助降血糖的功能。[方法]分别以0.50、1.00和3.00 g/kg(bw)(分别相当于人体推荐剂量的5、10和30倍)剂量的苦瓜葛根片连续给小鼠灌胃30 d,检验其对高血糖小鼠和正常小鼠空腹血糖和糖耐量的影响。[结果]高剂量组喂养的高血糖模型小鼠的血糖下降百分率和对照组比较有明显的提高(P<0.05);对高血糖模型小鼠的空腹血糖实测值及血糖曲线下面积都没有明显影响(P>0.05);对正常小鼠空腹血糖值无明显影响(P>0.05)。[结论]苦瓜葛根片具有辅助降血糖的功能。

[ Objective ] To assess the hypoglycemic effect of Kuguagegen tablets. [ Method ] Mice were given Kuguagegen tablets by gastric filling method for 30 days at the doses of 0.50, 1.00, 3.00 g/kg · bw, respectively. The hypoglycemic effect of the tablets were examined on fasting blood-glucose（FBG） and glucose tolerance test（GTF） of hyperglycemia model mice and normal mice. [Result] It was found that high dose group of hyperglycemia model mice blood sugar declined in the percentage has increased compared with control group, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. No significant effect on FBG and area under curve of glucose was found. [ Conclusions ] Kuguagegen tablets could en- hance the hypoglycemic effect on mice.
