摘要
根据国家新颁布的GB/T 15385—2011《气瓶水压爆破试验方法》,开发气瓶水压爆破试验装置。针对新的气瓶水压爆破试验方法的要求,对压力源选择、气瓶水压变形量、试验压力的测试方法进行分析与比较,确定满足精度要求、方便可行的硬件。优选试验设备与测试方法,以三柱塞高压水泵为压力源,电子天平计量泵打入气瓶的进水量,用工控机+A/D卡测量压力并配备相应的程序,建立试验装置。试验表明,所开发的装置较好地满足了试验要求。
A device for gas cylinders hydraulic burst test was developed according the standard of GB/T 15385—2011 "Method for Hydraulic Burst Test of Gas Cylinder" promulgated newly by the state.The selection of press sources,detection methods for gas cylinders water pressure deformation and test pressure were analyzed and compared to meet the requirements of accuracy,convenience and feasibility on the basis of the new method involved in the new standard.The test device was set up based on the optimization of test equipments and the measurement method,in which the three plungers high pressure water pump as pressure source,electronic balance for measuring the water inflow to gas cylinders and IPC+A/D card with corresponding program for pressure measuring were used.The test results show that experimental device being develop fulfils the testing requirement well.
