摘要
多股流绕管式换热器结构特殊,目前国内外尚无这种结构的管板计算标准。分别按照GB 151和ANSYS对此管板结构进行了规范计算与有限元应力分析,利用ANSYS建立了管板结构分析有限元模型,分析了管板的应力场,明确了管板的应力分布及最大应力部位,根据应力分析结果对管板厚度进行了优化,达到了既减轻设备重量,又节约材料、降低成本的目的。
The structure of multi-channel spiral wound exchanger is special.Currently,there is no calculation standard for this structure of the tubesheet.The calculation and stress analysis of the tubesheet structure were made by using GB 151 and ANSYS software.The finite element model of the tubesheet structure was established by using ANSYS.The stress field of tubesheet was analyzed,the stress distribution and the location of max stress of tubesheet were definited.As the stress analysis result,the tubesheet thickness is optimized,which may get reasonable result for reducing the weight and saving cost.
