高压作用下换热器管箱球面隔膜密封结构设计分析 被引量:7

摘要 通过换热器管箱球面隔膜密封结构几何尺寸关系和功能分析,研究球面隔膜变形的相关结构尺寸,推导了高压换热器管箱球面隔膜密封端口半径的条件式,求得了膜拱高、开口半径与补偿量关系并进行了讨论,公式简明易懂,应用方便。在此基础上,概括了关于球面隔膜结构功能的完整设计技术路线。分析表明,完善的球面隔膜密封设计应进一步考虑球面隔膜与其他因素的相互作用关系。指出管箱端口的密封依靠金属平垫和密封焊作为保证,并通过已运行多年的案例的主要计算过程进行了说明。 Relation structure dimensions on deformation of spherical shape insulate diaphragm were researched according to geometrical size and function analysis of spherical shape insulate diaphragm sealing structure of tube channel in high pressure heat exchanger.Condition formula of open radius on the end of tube channel of spherical shape insulate diaphragm sealing was inferred.The relation formula of spherical arcuate height,open radius and radial elastic offset displacement of spherical shape insulate diaphragm was inferred and discussed too.Formulas are simple and easy used.The full line of design technology about structure and function of spherical shape insulate diaphragm was sum up.A good design of spherical shape insulate diaphragm seal should take into account the interrelation with any other element.The seal of end cover for tube channel is ensures by metal flat gasket and sealing weld.Main part of calculation is introduces by one case which has run many years.
