我国乙烯裂解炉辐射炉管的使用状况 被引量:18

摘要 通过对中国石化10家乙烯企业开展乙烯裂解炉管使用情况调研,归纳出我国乙烯裂解炉管的主要失效模式和失效机理。经调研可知,导致我国乙烯裂解炉管失效的主要原因是蠕变和渗碳,炉管失效是由炉型结构、裂解原料、炉管、炉管焊接件与静态浇铸件质量、生产运行中的问题以及安装等多种因素导致的。本调研凸显出我国乙烯裂解炉管使用寿命短的严峻问题。 Failure mode and mechanism of ethylene pyrolysis furnace tubes in China are summed up through a survey on status of using of furnace tubes in 10 Sinopec ethylene pyrolysis enterprises.Creep and carburization are two main factors caused tube failure.5 factors,such as design,pyrolysis raw material,quality of furnace tube,fitting and welding metal,operation and installation induce early failure.Early failure of ethylene pyrolysis furnace tubes and short service life were presented.
