摘要
针对某公司SL-Ⅰ型裂解炉鼓胀炉管,开展了失效原因分析工作。对失效炉管进行了化学成分分析、热模拟试验、光学/电子金相观察、EDS能谱试验等,结果表明:炉管鼓包变形不均匀,炉管材料发生了蠕变损伤;内壁局部渗碳严重,内壁最大碳含量2.89%,渗碳层厚度约2.8 mm,据推测局部温度超过1100℃,该炉管不均匀鼓包变形失效系由于局部超温引起的。
The failure analysis on a failed tube in model SL-Ⅰ ethylene pyrolysis furnace was presented.Chemical compositions analysis,thermal simulation test,optical and electron microstructure observation and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS) analysis were carried out.It shows that asymmetry bulge and creep damage occurred in the failed furnace tube.Serious carburization occurred in local part of inner surface of furnace tube.The measured maximum carbon content is 2.89% and the depth of carburized layer is 2.8 mm.It is conjectured that the temperature reached more than 1100 ℃.The failure of furnace tube is caused by overheating in local area.
