摘要 通过数值模拟和试验的方法对套片式油冷器传热和综合性能进行了研究,用Fluent软件模拟得到了两套片间单通流道内壳程流体的速度场、温度场和压力场的分布;通过试验研究得到了套片式油冷器传热和阻力性能曲线。拟合出了套片式油冷器管外膜传热系数和压降公式,并且和传统经验公式进行了比较与分析。 Heat transfer and comprehensive performance of a plate fin - and - tube oil cooler were investi- gated numerically and experimentally. Distributions of velocity,temperature and pressure field in a single flow channel between two plates were simulated with the finite element software Fluent. Curves regarding the heat transfer and flow resistance were experimentally obtained. The formulas of heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop were fitted based on the measured data and compared with the traditional empirical for- mulas.
