摘要
EJMA第9版(含2011增补)修订了Ω波纹管端管与加强元件的环向膜应力计算,但没有修订直边段、套箍,也没有修订加强型波纹管的相应计算。另外,加强型波纹管的波纹管及加强元件的计算没有考虑端波及中间波的不同。在EJMA中,波纹管和加强元件等每个部件或部分的环向膜应力计算的基本方法是相似的,本文尝试用Ω型波纹管的修订思想,对(无)加强型波纹管的波纹管及直边段、套箍、端管及加强元件的环向膜应力计算公式提出了修订建议,同时对Ω型波纹管的直边段、套箍的应力计算公式提出了进一步修订建议,以供波纹管膨胀节设计同仁参考,同时提请EJMA协会对其进行完善。
The equations for circumferential membrane stress of pipe and reinforcing ring for ~ bellows in EJMA 9'h Edition 2011 Addenda were amended, but those for tangent and collar of ~ bellows and the rel- ative equations of reinforced bellows were not amended. In addition, the calculations of reinforced bellows are not considered the differences between end and intermediate convolutions. The basic calculation ap- proach is similar for the circumferential membrane stress of bellows and reinforcing member or their parts in EJMA, it tries to amend the calculations of convolutions, tangent, collar, pipe and reinforcing members of unreinforced/reinforced bellows referring to ~ bellows, meantime, to amend the relative calculations of f~ bellows referring to reinforced bellows.
