两种应变强化不锈钢在硫化氢环境下的应力腐蚀开裂行为 被引量:1

Stress Corrosion Cracking Behaviors of Two Kinds of Strain - strengthening Stainless Steels in Wet Hydrogen Sulfide Solution

摘要 用U型试样浸泡试验、慢应变速率拉伸试验,结合腐蚀形貌和断口形貌的扫描电子显微镜观察,在常温和-196℃下,分别研究了不同预变形量的S30403不锈钢和S31608不锈钢在H2S介质中的应力腐蚀开裂(Stress corrosion cracking,SCC)行为。研究表明:S30403不锈钢和S31608不锈钢在实验溶液中均有较强的SCC敏感性,S30403不锈钢的SCC敏感性高于S31608不锈钢;随着预拉应变量的增大,两种材料的SCC敏感性均呈现增大的趋势。在-196℃下应变强化处理的两种材料在H2S环境中的SCC敏感性低于其在室温应变强化处理时的SCC敏感性,同时表现出更好的抗拉性能。 At room temperature and -196 ℃, stress corrosion cracking(SCC) behaviors of S30403 stain- less steel and S31608 stainless steel with different predeformations in acid H2S solution are investigated by slow strain rate test(SSRT) and U -bent specimen test. The result shows that both S30403 stainless steel and S31608 stainless steel are all easy tO' subject to SCC damage in H2S solution, the SCC susceptiv- ities of S30403 stainless steel are higher than these of S31608 stainless steel;with the increase of prede- formations, the SCC susceptivities of these two kinds of stainless steel increase ; these two kinds of stainless steel have lower SCC susceptivities and higher strength at - 196 ℃.
