摘要
简要介绍了钢丝螺套的特点,对它的力学特性进行了分析,阐释其在核电设备上的适用性,并从现场实际问题出发,找出了一套合适的方法,解决了蒸汽发生器人孔法兰螺纹孔出现的问题,最后通过试验,对螺纹镶套技术的效果进行了验证。该技术的成功应用,为核电领域的相关单位处理类似问题提供了借鉴。
The characteristic of the thread wire was briefly introduced, and also its mechanical properties were analyses. Then the problem of thread holes in method. Finally, the effect of thread wire is verified vide a good reference for other nuclear power units the steam generator was solved by adopting suitable by experiments. The successful application will pro- dealing with similar problems.
