摘要
快递业务的动态性、广泛的地域分布性、数据的及时性、过程的准确可控性、服务的友好性和多样性,以及物流、资金流、控制流和信息流的相互依存性让信息化管理刻不容缓。事实证明,物流信息技术已经成为现代物流企业尤其是快递行业提升核心竞争力的重要途径。本文以申通快递为例,研究了企业如何通过计算机信息技术的应用与发展,搭建"物流信息系统"平台,实现资源共享、信息共用,从而为用户提供多功能、一体化的综合性服务。
It is urgent for express company to implement information management, as the feature of dynamics, a wide range of geographical distribution, timely data process, accurate control, friendly service and diversity. Facts have proved that the logistics information technology has become an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of modem logistics enterprises, especially the express industry. Taking STO as an example, the paper studies how to build logistics information platform by computer information technology and realize sharing resources, information sharing, so as to provide users with multi-functional, comprehensive integration services.
