摘要
我国应急物流需求的增长要求有一套成熟、完善的应急物流体系做支持,然而我国应急物流体系建设中还存在很多瓶颈问题。运用TOC(约束理论)分析我国应急物流体系中存在的主要瓶颈问题能够做到有的放矢,切入要害,并为我国应急物流体系的建设提出相应的建议。
The growth of emergency logistics demand requires a set of mature and perfect emergency logistics system. But in our country there are many bottleneck problems in the construction of emergency logistics system. Using TOC （theory of constraint）, the paper analyzes the bottleneck problems in the emergency logistics system, and puts forward the corresponding suggestion.
