This paper introduces the application of a set of remote monitoring and warning system in Yi＇ong Tsangpo basin. This system has low temperature resistance, low power consumption, energy saving and other characteristics. It is suitable for use in the high-altitude areas and low-temperature region and places where it is sunny but short of electricity.
