Exploration and Practice of Young Teacher's Abilities Training on Engineering and Practice Based on the "Excellent Engineer Program"

"卓越计划"的宗旨决定高校青年教师必须具备工程实践能力,高校青年教师较好的工程实践能力是实施"卓越计划"的重要保障。构建了青年教师工程实践能力培养体系,体系的设计考虑了教师职前培养和职后培训的完整性和统一性,并从思想教育、基本技能训练、专业发展训练等三个方面探索和实践了对青年教师工程素质的培养。

The ＂Excellent Engineer Program＂ purposes determine the young college teachers must have the ability of engineering practice. Good engineering practical ability of young teachers in colleges and universities is the important guarantee to implement the ＂Excellent Engineer Program＂. This paper constructs the system of training young teachers＂ practical ability. The system design considered the integrity and unity of teacher＇s pre training and post training. In this paper we also explorated and practised the training of young teachers＂ engineering quality from three aspects： ideological education, basic skills training and professional development training.
