Issues and Countermeasures of China's Cross-border Economic cooperation

跨境(边境)经济合作作为沿边地区开放开发的一种战略选择,目前正在中国沿边地区兴起,但由于受各种因素制约,实际效果并不明显。本文拟理性分析跨境(边境)经济合作面临的主要困难和问题,研究提出推进跨境(边境)经济合作的若干对策建议,包括:将跨境(边境)经济合作纳入国家战略统筹推进、加强周边国家国别性研究等,供决策参考。

A s a strategic choice to open and develop the border area, cross-border （frontier）economic cooperation is rising currently in China＇s border areas, but due to various factors,the actual effect of it is not obvious. This paper intends to analyze rationally the main difficulties and problems that the cross-border（border） economic cooperation faces, proposing some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the cross-border economic cooperation, including putting the cross-border economic cooperation into the national strategy and strengthening the research of neighboring national countries for decision making.
