摘要 "十二五"期间我国将大力发展天然气分布式能源系统,本文通过梳理美国天然气的发展现状,总结了对我国天然气分布式能源发展有益的相关经验。天然气分布式能源是一种有效可行的提高用户供能安全的方式,热电比越大,节能环保效益越明显,在相关机组配置下并且热电比>1时,该效益可能高于天然气联合循环+燃气锅炉的供能方式。在我国天然气分布式能源发展的初期,需要政府积极引导与支持,不断建立相关法规标准,引导其健康规范发展。这一点,在当前国家充分鼓励发展天然气分布式能源时,具有更为深远的意义。 Abstract: During the ' 12th Five-Year' period, the natural gas-fired distributed energy resources (NG-DERs) will grow sharply. This article reviews the development of NG-DERs in the U.S. and practical experience. NG- DERs have better environmental effects as the Heat to Power Rate (HPR) increases; when the HPR exceeds 1, their effects can be even better than the mode of energy supplied by Combined Cycle and Natural Gas Boiler. The NG-DERs are also effective away to enhance the energy security of the consumers. In the starting period of NG- DERs in China. it needs more guides and suooorts from the government.
