摘要
文中介绍了能源行业对PM2.5污染的影响程度。从能源行业技术减排的角度,提出了降低能源行业PM2.5污染的治标方案。从加快能源发展方式转变的角度,提出了通过对能源发展的总量、结构、布局及流向进行全方位的统筹优化,达到降低能源行业P M 2.5污染的治本方案。
This paper introduces impact of energy industry on PM2.5 pollution levels. From the perspective of technical emissions reduction of energy sector, it puts forward the stopgap solution to reduce energy industry PM2.5 pollution. From the perspective of accelerating the transformation of the energy development scheme, the cure solution to reduce energy industry PM2.5 pollution is given, such as an all-round co-ordination of total amount energy development, structure, layout and flowing.
