基于基地物理环境分析的绿色住区设计方法——以2012中国北京开放建筑国际竞赛参赛方案为例 被引量:2

摘要 绿色住区的物理环境是住户舒适度及住区总能耗的重要影响因素,其中住区的光环境,风环境和声环境直接影响住区内部人员的舒适度及整个住区的能源消耗。因此真正做到低碳、节能、绿色的住区应该首先以此为切入点进行可持续的规划、景观及建筑单体设计。该文从目前普通住区日照条件较差,通风不畅,噪音等严峻问题以及所谓绿色住区中方案设计与绿色技术应用的脱节导致纯技术的堆砌等现状出发,总结分析了目前绿色住区设计中忽略的问题,提出了一套通过基于基地物理环境分析来进行住区生成与优化的设计方法,为建立真正的绿色可持续住区设计方法体系寻找可能的方向。 The physical environment of green residential area is one of the important factors of residents comfort and residential area total energy consumption, the light environment, the wind environment and acoustic environment directly affect residential area internal staff comfort and the energy consumption of the entire area. So sustainable planning, landscape and architectural monomer design should first based on this to design truly low-carbon, energy- saving, green settlements. Based on some current situation like the poor lighting, poor ventilation, noise in ordinary settlements and other severe problems as well as the so-called green residential design and incorrect application of green technology which lead to the technology piled up, we analyze the problems in the design of green residential which has been ignored, and we put forward a set of design method through settlements generating and optimizing based on the base physical environmental analysis, looking for possible directions to create a truly green sustainable settlements design methodology.
