摘要
鉴于汽车售后备件高效、快捷的供应对售后服务满意度有直接影响,从备件物流模式、网络布局、物流运作方式、库存管理、IT技术运用等方面阐述如何构建高效、快捷、可靠的备件物流服务体系,以提高顾客满意度,提升企业售后物流供应链竞争力。
In this paper, in view of the direct influence the efficient and expedited automobile aftersales spare parts services had on customer satisfaction, we introduced how to establish an efficient, quick-responding and reliable spare parts logistics service system from the aspects of spare parts logistics mode, network layout, logistics operational method, inventory management and IT application, etc.
