基于半挂车甩挂运输的公路零担快运业务流程再造

Process Restructuring of Highway LTL Expedited Transportation Based on Semitrailer D&P Transportation

针对我国公路零担快运业业务流程的不规范问题,提出了从源头上规范公路零担快运业务的流程,即采用先从零担货运公司领取标准箱子然后装货的方法;提倡在货物集散过程中使用汽车尾部举升器的方式装卸货物,提出了在货运中转站使用托盘和货物一起作为装载单元的运输方式以提高装卸效率;从标准化出发重新设计了基于半挂车甩挂运输的公路零担快运业务流程,并重点提出了基于半挂车甩挂运输的干线业务流程。

In this paper, in view of the irregularities in the business process of highway LTL expedited transportation in China, we proposed the procedures for its rectification from the source, that is, adopting the method of cargo-loading after collecting standard containers by the LTL companies, promoted the use of tail-lift to unload cargoes in cargo consolidation and proposed that the freight stations should take the pallet and the cargo on it as a loading unit to improve operational efficiency. Next aiming at standardization, we redesigned the business process of highway ETL expedited transportation based on semitrailer D＆P transportation and emphatically proposed the main business process of it.
