Study on TPL Operation of State-owned Automobile Groups

首先分析了我国第三方物流发展概况及存在的问题,接着针对我国国有汽车集团第三方物流企业运营现状,对我国汽车集团第三方物流企业运营中出现的问题进行分析;最后为了促进第三方物流企业的持续健康发展,提出了相应的发展思路和业务策略。

In this paper, we first analyzed the general situation of the development of TPL in China as well as the existing problems, then, in view of the current condition of the TPL enterprises of the Chinese state-owned automobile groups, analyzed the problems encountered in the operation of the enterprises, and at the end in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the TPL enterprises, proposed the corresponding suggestions and strategies.
