Study on Influence Factors in Classification and Selection of CPFR Models

应用探索性的研究方法,以VICS组织定义的CPFR模型为基础,依据合作深度和合作伙伴数量对CPFR模型进行了具体分类,为企业提供了更广阔的CPFR模型选择空间。模型分类后,重点对影响企业选择不同CPFR模型的因素做了研究,主要针对影响合作深度的因素和影响合作伙伴多少的因素进行研究。以期为企业选择不同的CPFR模型提供依据。

In this paper, using an explorative method and on the basis of the CPFR model defined by the VICS organization, we classified specifically the CPFR models in terms of depth of cooperation and quantity of partners. Afterwards, we studied the factors influencing the choice of the enterprises with regard to different CPFR models with hopes to provide reference for the enterprises.
