摘要
以运输成本为基础建立了若干配送中心的选址模型,同时在模型的计算求解过程中考虑了配送中心运营可变成本。利用运输问题的表上作业法求解了模型中的线性函数部分,利用启发式算法对计算结果进行了优化求解。通过海尔集团实例分析,将两种求解方法相结合取得了满意的效果,最终求得了物流配送中心选址模型的最优解。该方法对于企业的物流决策方案制定具有实际意义。
In this paper, we established the location model of several distribution centers on the basis of transportation cost and while solving the model, considered the variable cost in the operation of the centers. Then using the table dispatching process, we solved the linear function of the model and optimized the result using heuristic algorithm. Then in the empirical case of Haier, we combined the two methods and finally obtained the optimal solution for the location model.
