摘要
目的建立盐酸金霉素软膏微生物限度检查方法。方法按照《中国药典》2010版规定,对盐酸金霉素软膏进行微生物限度检查方法的验证。结果盐酸金霉素软膏规定试验菌株回收率均高于70%,控制菌阳性对照菌生长良好。结论此法比传统的萃取法结果可靠,科学。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for microbial limit test of chlortetraceline hydrochloride oint- ment. METHODS According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition, microbial hmit test was made for testing and validation. RESULTS The recovery of five validation strains was more than 70% and the positive control microor- ganism grew well. CONCLUSION Compared to the traditional extraction method, this method proves to be more reliable and scientific.
