摘要
目的研究β-环糊精包和物中冰片含量的测定方法。方法采用气相色谱法测定冰片含量。采用内标法,选用正十四烷为内标品,色谱柱TM-WAX(30m×0.53mm×1.0μm);氢火焰离子化检测器;柱温:140℃;进样口温度:220℃;检测器温度:230℃;载气:N2;流速:10mL·min-1;尾吹气:30mL·min-1;分流比:3∶1。结果冰片的含量在0.1506g·mL-1-0.7028g·mL-1之间存在线性关系。精密度实验验证RSD为1.47%,回收率结果符合规定。结论气相色谱法可对环糊精包和的冰片含量进行有效地控制。
OBJECTIVE To develop methods for quantitative determination of borneol in cyclodex- trins. METHODS A GC method was used for determinantion of borneol in cyclodextrins. Choosing fourteen silane as internal standard product, chromatographic column TM-WAX (30m×0.53mm×1.0μm);Fid detector;The column temperature : 140℃; Injector temperature: 220℃ ; Detector temperature: 230℃ ; The carrier: N2 ; Velocity : 10mL·min-1 ;Tail gas blowing:30mL·min-1 ;Diversion ratio:3: 1. RESULTS The relationship of the eoneertration borneol in eyelodextrins was good in range of 0. 1506 - 0. 7028g - mL-1 . The RSD of precision experiment was 1.47% ,and the recoveries in compliance was met the requrement. CONCLUSION Borneol in the eyclodextrins can be effective controlled by gas chromatography.
