摘要
目的 探讨高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法（HPLC-ELSD）测定黄莪通闭胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量的相关试验条件,建立一套适合测定黄莪通闭胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量的检测方法.方法 通过改变不同的试验条件,确立黄莪通闭胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量测定的样品前处理方法,采用HPLC-ELSD法对黄芪甲苷的含量进行测定.结果 黄芪甲苷进样量在1.00～30.06μg其对数值与峰面积对数值呈良好线性关系（r=0.9997,n=10）,平均回收率为97.24%,RSD为1.9%.结论 该法简便,无干扰,重现性好,适用于测定黄莪通闭胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量.
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of Astragaloside 1V in the HuangE TongBi capsules by HPLC-ELSD. METHODS anti RESULTS The linear range of AstragaIoside IV was in the range of 1.00 -30. 06μg（r =0. 9997 ,n = 10）. The average recovery was 97.24% and the RSD was 1.9%. CONCLUSION This method by HPLC-ELSD is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the quality contro! of this cap- sule.
