吡格列酮联合克罗米芬在多囊卵巢综合征治疗中疗效的临床研究

Clinical efficacy of Pioglitazone combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨研究吡格列酮联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法收集96例多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,均予以克罗米芬治疗,研究组患者加用吡格列酮治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后激素水平、卵巢大小及卵泡数目。结果研究组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者激素水平较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);且卵巢及卵泡数目小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吡格列酮联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效肯定,并能改善激素水平及卵巢状况,值得进一步研究。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of pioglitazone combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. METHODS 96 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly di- vided into study group and control group, the control group were treated with clomiphene while the study group used pioglitazone on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy, hormone levels, ovarian size and the numbers of follicles of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the hormone levels of the study group decreased more significantly than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and ovary and follicle numbers were less than the control group t P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION Pioglitazone combined with clomiphene for treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is effective, and it can improve the hormone levels and ovarian status,which deserves further study.
