医院药学实习调查问卷分析

摘要 目的了解实习生对我院实习带教老师、实习安排、实习效果评价。方法采用自制调查问卷,对48名医院药学专业实习4周的学生进行问卷调查,了解其对带教老师带教工作的评价、实习岗位安排满意度、实习效果。结果 45(93.8%)名学生均和带教老师建立了良好的关系,带教老师能积极有效的帮助学生完成任务;在岗位工作的看法调查中,仅31(64.6%)名同学认为调剂工作有意义;35(73.6%)名同学对实习岗位安排予以满意的评价;45(93.8%)名同学分别在职前工作体验、人际关系处理或专业知识运用方面获得了满意的效果。结论医院药学实习是大学教育的重要阶段,带教老师发挥了重要的作用,学生在不同的方面得了的锻炼和提高。
