摘要
九西矿区矿体开采受到产状和胶结程度差的上盘破碎带的影响,破碎带垮塌堵塞中深孔分段崩落法采场爆破通道和爆破补偿空间,造成无法放炮崩矿,且二次贫化严重。为解决这一问题,选择720中段已有采准、切割工程的10线E采场进行回采优化试验。优化设计仍用中深孔分段崩落法,利用原凿岩平巷和扇形孔。考虑到原切割槽与采空区贯穿,难以避开破碎带,为防止破碎带再次影响回采,暂留3.6 m宽间柱将原切割槽内的废石隔离;在矿体南帮预留2 m宽矿柱隔离破碎带,防止破碎带坍塌;在顶板预留4 m厚顶柱隔离原全面法采空区,即所谓"三面合围"法,用矿柱将采场上、西、南进行隔离。实践证明",三面合围"法预留矿柱,起到了隔离破碎带(或采空区)的作用,回收了矿产资源,降低了矿石贫化率和损失率。
