摘要
为解决目前钨离子交换工艺中存在的调速滞后的问题,探寻了钨离子交换控制的优化方法。该方法以最短时间内达到钨离子交换容量的最大值为控制目标。建立了一个钨离子交换预测模型,并实现滚动优化和反馈校正。研究预测控制算法在离子交换过程中的应用,提出一个预测控制方案,并对单输入变量的预测控制算法进行初步仿真。该预测控制系统能够实现在最短时间内达到树脂的最大工作交换容量的目标。在钨离子交换过程根据现场情况实时调整流入液流速,使流速和吸附速率匹配。钨离子交换预测控制解决了流入液流速调整滞后等问题,有比较明显的经济效益。
This paper studies the optimization control of tungsten ion exchange process for overcoming the speed lag problem in the current technology. The maximum tungsten ion exchange capacity in the shortest time is the expected aim. The application of predictive control calculation to ion exchange process is investigated. The predictive control of single input variable is simulated by proposing a predictive control plan. Fluid flow velocity is adjusted real time according to the working conditions with flow rate matching adsorption rate. The predictive control of tungsten ion exchange solves the time-lagging problem of Influent flow rate adjustment, which has favorable economic benefits.
