陕京三线输气管道并行敷设技术研究

Research on Parallel Laying Technology for Shaanxi-Beijing Gas Pipeline 3

陕京三线输气管道是将中亚天然气、塔里木气区、长庆气区的天然气资源通过管道输往急需清洁能源的环渤海地区,以满足该地区对天然气能源的迫切需要。针对陕京三线输气管道与在役陕京一线、陕京二线输气管道及在建中石化榆济输气管道在局部地区并行敷设的安全问题,尽量减少对地方规划的影响,通过分析国内外油气管道设计规范在这一问题上的有关规定及相关工程并行敷设实例,探讨输气管道并行敷设的间距,研究从设计施工角度如何确保管道安全。

Shaanxi-Beijing Gas Pipeline 3 transports natural gas from central Asian gas area,Tarim gas field and Changqing gas field to the Bohai coastal region,which is badly in need of clean energy and natural gas transported through this pipeline can meet urgent demand on natural gas energy in this area. Shaanxi-Beijing Gas Pipeline 3 is laid in some areas parallelly together with Shaanxi-Beijing Gas Pipeline 1 and 2 in service and Yulin-Jinan Gas Pipeline under construction. To ensure operation safety of such pipelines and reduce influence of local planning and land usage as far as possible,analyzed are relevant provisions in gas pipeline design standards and specifications at home and abroad and some examples of pipelines laid parallelly in relative projects,discussed are spaces between gas pipelines laid parallelly and studied is the safety issue in pipeline design and construction.
