摘要 压裂酸化是油气田增产的重要措施,但常规压裂酸化压裂液破胶不彻底,残渣对地层伤害很大,压裂液的环境友好性差且酸化的施工可控性差,因此常规压裂酸化的改造效果不理想。酶技术作为一种无毒无害、对环境友好的新型技术,越来越多地应用在各类油气井的压裂酸化施工中。论述了近年来酶技术在油气田压裂酸化施工中的应用,包括酶作为破胶剂、杀菌剂、酸化剂在压裂酸化施工中的应用实例,并介绍了酶转向压裂技术的作用机理,对酶技术在压裂酸化领域的发展进行了展望。 Fracturing and acidizing are important stimulation treatment in oil and gas fields. However,such problems as incomplete gel breaking,serious damage of residue on formation,poor environment-friendliness and difficult control of acid treatment of conventional fracturing fluid have restricted transformation effects of fracturing and acidizing all the time. Enzyme technology,as a new non-toxic,harmless and environmental-friendly technology,is increasingly applied in fracturing and acidizing treatment in different kinds of oil and gas fields,which can effectively solve the above-mentioned problems. Introduced are actual application situations of enzyme technology in fracturing and acidizing treatment in oil and gas fields for the past few years,provided are application examples of using enzyme as gel breaker,bactericide and acidifier in fracturing and acidizing treatment,described is the mechanism of enzyme fracturing technology and predicted is the development trend of enzyme technology in fracturing and acidizing field.
