摘要
从应用角度分析了聚乙烯塑料压力管的力学破坏性能。任何一种力学破坏性能都可能在某种特定的条件下成为压力管管路系统失效与否的关键性能。在开发大口径高压力管材应用领域时,由于安全的原因和经济的原因,管材抵抗快速裂纹增长的性能起到关键的作用。文章把管材的的快速裂纹增长以数学模型的型式进行分析,从力学角度分析了裂纹发展的物理过程。
Various affecting factors in progress of mechanical fracture in plastics pipes were analyzed,and the endangerment of rapid crack propagation was pointed out.In the development of large-diameter high-pressure pipe applications, due to security reasons and economic reasons, the pipe resistance to rapid crack growth played a key role in the performance, the paper analysed the rapid crack growth type model, crack development from the mechanical point the physical process.
