大学生思政教育逆反心理的生成与隐性教育的疏导

Generation of Rebellious Psychology in Ideological and Political Education on College Students and Divert of Recessive Education

当前高校思想政治教育中,逆反心理已成为大学生的一种固定思维模式。社会多种思潮的冲突与大学生个性发展、思想政治教育本身和思想政治教育工作者等因素导致大学生对主流价值观不认同、对传统教育模式不认可和教育内容不接受等,是大学生思政教育逆反心理产生的原因和表现。采取隐性教育方式,尊重大学生的成长环境和成长过程,尊重大学生的人格与尊严,循序渐进、厚积薄发、由博返约等是缓解和疏导大学生思想政治逆反心理的有效途径。

In current ideological and political education conducted in colleges, rebellious psychology has become a fixed thinking mode among college students. In the society, many elements, such as the conflicts between many thoughts, college students＇ individual development, ideological and political education, and workers in educational field, have caused the students to deny mainstream values, traditional education modes, education content, and so on, which is the reason and performance of rebellious psychology in college students＇ ideological and political education. We should apply recessive education, respect the environment and process that the students grow in, respect their personality and dignity. When conducting the education, the teachers should, based on their rich knowledge, gradually help the students understand social phenomena correctly. Those are the effective approaches to ease and alleviate the students＇ rebellious psychology
