摘要
分析的对煤炭企业营销管理的影响因素,阐述了煤炭营销管理体系中煤炭营销模式选择、销售组织构建、运营体系设计等若干问题,为大型煤炭企业构建和调整煤炭营销管理体系提供了有益参考。
The paper had an analysis on the factors affected to the marketing management system of the coal enterprises. A marketing system was established from the view of the coal marketing mode selection, the sales organization establishment, oper- ation system design and others and thus an analysis framework could be provided to establish and adjust the coal marketing management system for the large coal enterprises.
