摘要
分析了企业合同管理过程中常见的问题及其风险,提出了企业合同管理的4项原则,即,全生命周期管理原则、系统性管理原则、专业化管理原则和信息化管理原则,并重点论述了企业合同管理体系中的5个要点。
The paper analyzed the common problems and risks occurred in the contract control procedure of the enterprises. The paper provided the four principles of the enterprise contract control and they were the full life periodical management prin- ciple, systematic management principle, professional management principle and information management principle. The paper stressed the five key points in the contract control system of the enterprises.
