摘要
目的通过清肺平喘胶囊对哮喘大鼠IL-4、IL-13等细胞因子,炎症介质IgE,脂质过氧化物MDA的影响以探讨清肺平喘胶囊治疗哮喘的作用机制。方法制作哮喘大鼠模型,分别测定各组大鼠BALF和血清中IL-4、IL-13、IgE、MDA含量。结果与生理盐水组比较,模型组大鼠BALF以及血清中IL-4、IL-13、IgE、MDA含量均显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),模型大鼠BALF中IL-4含量与MDA、IgE含量呈显著正相关(r=0.83,0.96,P<0.05);与模型组比较,给药组大鼠BALF与血清中IL-4、IL-13、IgE、MDA含量均显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),模型大鼠血清中与IL-4含量与MDA、IgE含量呈显著正相关(r=0.86,0.88,P<0.05)。结论清肺平喘胶囊能通过降低脂质过氧化物MDA、IL-4、IL-13相关细胞因子的表达,减少炎性介质IgE的增加,有效地阻止哮喘炎症的发生,减轻气道炎症及缓解气道高反应性发展,避免哮喘进一步加重。
OBJECTIVE To explore the mechanism of Qingfei Pingchuan Capsule treating on asthma by discussing its func- tion on asthma rats" IL-4, IL-13 cytokines, IgE inflammatory mediator, lipid per0xide MDA. METHODS The asthma rats" model were established by allergen, then the rats" BALF and IL-4, IL-13, IgE, MDA in serum were tested respectively. RE- SULTS Compared with saline group, the model group rats" BALF and IL-4., IL-13, IgE, MDA in serum were significantly higher(P〈0.01, P〈O. 05), and the contents of IL-4 in BALF in the model group have the positive correlation with the con tents of MDA and IgE(r=0.83, 0.96, P〈0.05). Compared with the model group, treatment group rats" BALF and IL-4, IL -13, IgE, MDA in serum were significantly lower(P〈0.01, P〈0.05), and the contents of IL-4 in BALF in the model group have the positive correlation with the contents of MDA and IgE(r=0.86, 0.88, P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Qingfei Pingchuan capsule can bring down the expression of MDA, IL-4, IL-13 cytokines, reduce the increasing inflammatory IgE, prevent asth- ma inflammation, relieve airway inflammation and ease its high-response, and avoid the aggravation of asthma.
