摘要
目的追踪丹参滴注液中的过敏性成分。方法以5-羟色胺为指标,卵蛋白为阳性药物,对致敏时间、攻击时间进行优化从而获得最优的动物模型,通过上述模型筛选出丹参滴注液中的过敏性成分。结果每只豚鼠每次隔日皮下注射供试品溶液0.2mL进行致敏,共3次,于首次注射给药后第16天,腹腔再次注射供试品溶液0.5mL进行攻击。结论确定丹参滴注液中致敏性成分为丹参蛋白。
OBJECTIVE To track the allergic substances in Danshen Drip. METHODS 5-hydroxy tryptamine and ovalbu- min were taken as index and positive drug respectively to optimize the sensitization time and attacking time in order to obtain the optimized animal model through which the allergic substances in Danshen Drip was selected. RESULTS Each guinea pig was subcutaneously injectioned with 0.2 mL Danshen Drip on alternate days for three times, 16 days after the first injection, each guinea pig was undertaken subcutaneous injection with 0.5 mL for repeated attack. CONCLUSION The allergic substance of Danshen Drip is salvia mi[tiorrhiza protein.
