摘要
针对复合材料层合板结构的分层损伤力学特性分析,提出一种等矩当量方法,将任意不规则的分层形状简化为面积、1阶矩和2阶矩相同的当量椭圆.用有限元法分别分析含原始不规则形状分层、最小包络当量椭圆分层和等矩当量椭圆分层的力学特性,并对不同分层深度下分层的能量释放率和屈曲载荷等参数进行比较.结果表明,采用等矩当量椭圆时参数计算误差大大减小,一致性更好,更加适合工程应用.
As to the mechanics characteristic analysis of delamination in composite laminate plate structure, an equal moment equivalent method is proposed, by which the arbitrary irregular delamination shape is simplified as the equivalent ellipse with the same area, the first order moment and the second order moment. The mechanics characteristics are analyzed respectively for the delamination with irregular shapes, the minimum envelope equivalent elliptic delamination and the equal moment equivalent elliptic delamination by finite element method, and the parameters of the delamination with different depth are compared including the front energy release rate and the buckling load. The results show that the equal moment equivalent eclipse can decrease the parameter calculation error greatly with better consistency, which is more suitable for engineering application.
