动臂梁焊接顺序优化减小焊接变形模拟预测 被引量:4

摘要 利用热弹塑性有限元法对装载机动臂梁结构的焊接变形进行热-力耦合数值模拟.建立分析模型,定量对比在同一约束条件下动臂板与动臂圆筒、摇臂板与动臂圆筒的焊接顺序对整体结构焊接变形的影响,按照对称组焊的原则优化焊接顺序.结果表明,对称结构的动臂梁采用交替焊接顺序与沿一个方向顺次焊接顺序相比,动臂板与摇臂板变形量都减小,先焊动臂板比先焊摇臂板-动臂板角变形小.得出整体结构的最佳焊接顺序方案,并将预测的在最佳焊接顺序下的变形模拟值和试验值进行对比,二者吻合良好. The thermal-mechanical coupling numerical simulation is performed on the welding deformation of a loader movable arm structure using the thermal elastoplastic finite element method. Under the same constraint conditions, an analysis model is built to quantitatively compare the effect of Welding sequences of movable arm plate with movable arm cylinder and rocker arm plate with movable arm cylinder on the welding deformation of whole structure. The welding sequence is optimized according to the principle of symmetry welding. The results show that, as for the symmetrical structure of movable arm beam, the deformation of its movable arm plate and rocker arm plate decreases and is smaller under first welding movable arms plate than that under first welding ocker arm plate. The optimal welding sequence of the whole structure is obtained, under which the simulated deformation value is consistent with the measurement value better.
