Study on Learning Evaluation System Design of Distance and Open Education

学习评价体系是开放大学教学活动的重要环节之一,设计什么样的学习评价体系对于云南开放大学有着十分重要的意义。比较分析国内外开放大学学习评价体系的设计特点,吸取其成功的经验,设计出既符合开放教育特征又结合本地实际的,能充分发挥出学习评价各项功能的系统方案。

Learning evaluation system is one of important links in teaching activities in Open University. The design of the learning evaluation system is of important significance to Yunnan Open University. A comparative analysis of the design characteristics of open universities at home and abroad is made, in which we can learn from their successful experience and design our learning evaluation system that is in line with the characteristics of open education and can give full play to the learning evaluation system.
