The current problems of the energy-saving management in colleges and universities are poor awareness of energy-saving, backward management technology and inadequate funding. Through the strengthening of energy-saving publicity and education and the improvement of energy-saving management system and energy audit measurement, the problems can be solved effectively and the eglciency in use of energy and resources can be raised.
