High-speed Keyhole Detection System for Aluminum Foil Based on Machine Vision

摘要 为满足铝箔生产企业对高速宽幅的微小针孔在线检测需求,结合现有条件,自主开发了高速宽幅铝箔针孔在线检测系统。该系统以机器视觉技术为基础,配置高亮度、高稳定性的LED线性光源和高速线扫描CCD图像传感器,能够实时地获得高质量的铝箔图像。系统检测软件采用快速高效的目标识别和边缘检测算法以及亚像素精度边缘的提取分析算法,采用多线程技术、链表缓冲技术,可在12 ms内完成1幅图像的处理计算,实时判定是否存在针孔缺陷,保证检测系统的实时性和稳定性。 The high-speed and broad-width keyhole detection system for aluminum foil was developed to meet the urgent needs for detection of keyhole defects in the process of aluminum foil production. Based on machine vision technology, this system is configured with highly bright and highly stable LED linear illumination and high-speed linear scanning CCD cameras as image sensors, and can obtain high-quality images of a- luminum foil in real time. With the application of high-efficiency object detection and edge detection algorithms, sub-pixel edge detection algo- rithms, and multi-thread and linked list technique, each image can be processed within 12 ms, ensuring the real-time performance and stability of the detection system.
