Research on Calibration Techniques of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve Performance Test Bed

电液伺服阀性能试验台是电液伺服阀生产和使用的必备设备,对伺服阀产品的测试结果起着决定性的作用。本文针对其传统校准方案中存在的诸多问题,提出了基于不同被校参数的现场系统校准方案;同时结合使用标准伺服阀比对验证法,验证试验台的综合性能和各被校参数间的关联性,能有效保证试验台校准状态与使用状态的一致性。

The performance test bed of electro-hydraulic servo valve is the necessary equipment ior the production and use ot etectro-hydrau- lie servo valve, and plays a decisive role in servo valve test. This paper proposes an on-site system calibration program based on different parame- ters to solve various problems in the traditional calibration scheme, and applies standard servo valve comparison and testing verification to verify the integrate performance and the relevance of the parameters of the test bed. This method can guarantee the consistency of calibration status and working status of the test bed effectively.
