在应对生物灾害方面,清人注重理论宣传,以统一思想,解除人们捕杀有害生物"违背天道"、"不仁"等的心理负担;加强以技术辅导为主的经验总结和传播;重视相关的组织和协调。这些对当代自然灾害的防治,具有一定的参考意义。

To deal with biohazard, officials in the Qing Dynasty focused on the publicity of certain theories to seek public unity in thoughts by relieving them of the psychological burden of being disobedient to the Heaven and being unmerciful when killing pests, by strengthening the summarization and spreading of experiences with emphasis on technological assistance, and by attaching importance to the organization and coordination concerned. All these serve as references for current prevention and cure of biohazard.
