摘要
在高校扩招及就业形势严峻的时代背景下,进一步拓宽毕业生就业渠道已成为近年来高校及社会普遍关注和探讨的热点问题。特别是十八大后,实现经济结构调整,经济发展转型升级的攻坚阶段,实现政府工作报告900万新增就业岗位的目标,需要在实际工作中结合既往工作经验,分析学生特点,找准对口机制,搭建有效平台,共同构筑供需平衡、可持续发展的和谐就业新模式。
To improve the employment rate of graduates in college under the grim employment situation and further widen the employment of college graduates channels has become a hot issue in recent years. This article from the reasons of difficult employment of students of local colleges, comprehensive analysis and discussion to broaden the avenues of employment, experience and practices, trying to provide a reference to graduates in voeational guidance, work together to build the new model of sustainable development and harmonious employment.
