药学专业学生在由学生到工作者转变的关键期,大多会面临许多困惑和迷茫。按照以人为本的理念,从实际工作出发,将学生按照目标职业进行分类,在如何教育和引导学生顺利度过大四学年,达到目标理想,成为祖国建设的有用人才方面提出了探索。

Pharmacy students in the key period of transition from students to workers, are likely to face a lot of puzzl- ment and confusion. According to the concept of people - oriented, starting from the actual work, students will be in accordance with the objectives of occupation classification. This thesis will make some exploration on how to educate and guide students to go through the four years to reach the ideal goal and how to become a useful person for construction of the motherland.
